I had a recruiter phone screen that felt positive, and I was booked for the technical screening right at the end of that conversation.

The technical round itself went fine, and afterward I was asked to provide feedback. I shared my thoughts with the recruiter, but then I never heard anything back.

The part that really stuck with me was the silence after I did what they asked. I ended up feeling frustrated enough that I swore I wouldn’t offer feedback again unless it was clear it would actually go somewhere. Looking back, the interviews weren’t what got me—it was the ghosting that made the whole experience sour.
