Okta Software Engineer interview experience

The last step was a technical challenge that simulated a product demo in front of clients. That simulation was based on the kind of authentication systems Okta works with, and the technical work itself felt pretty light even if I didn’t have much direct experience in that exact area.

Even with that, I didn’t get an offer. The process itself felt clear and not overly complicated; the challenge was easy enough, but the final decision didn’t land in my favor.
