Okta Software Engineer interview experience

The interviews themselves went smoothly in the sense that I passed all the rounds.

The catch was that I never received an offer, even after clearing everything, because there was a hiring freeze. That made the end of the process feel anticlimactic—I’d invested energy into each stage expecting a decision, and then it was just stopped for reasons completely outside my performance. I was disappointed, but I also couldn’t take it personally since the reason had nothing to do with how I interviewed.
