Santa Clara, CAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Since I had previously interned at NVIDIA, the interview leaned heavily on my past work.

The format was a behavioral-style conversation with two main questions, followed by a discussion about my experience and how it related to the role. I didn’t get selected for the next step.

I remember the interaction being more conversational than technical, and the main focus was basically my background rather than new problem solving. Even though I knew what they’d want to hear, the fact that I still didn’t move forward made the outcome feel a bit disappointing, especially because the round didn’t feel like it gave me many chances to change their mind with new content.
