Santa Clara, CAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first interview was with a hiring manager, and then it moved to an onsite.

Even though the questions were mostly simple, the end result still turned into a rejection after more than two weeks. What made it feel unsettling was hearing about how someone with much more experience had gone through the same process and also ended up rejected after a similar period.

For me, the gap between the perceived simplicity of the questions and the rejection outcome left me questioning what evaluation criteria I’d missed. Difficulty felt average overall, but the process didn’t feel like it reflected the apparent question level.
