Northwestern University Research Analyst interview experience

It started with an initial phone call to gauge interest, followed by an in-person interview to check my ability to do the work. The key skill they seemed to care about was understanding MATLAB code and being able to interpret results from the models.

It didn’t feel overly drawn out, and the expectations were pretty clear. I ended up getting an offer, and the whole experience matched the “let’s confirm you can do the task” vibe.
