I ended up going through a multi-interview process that leaned heavily into team environment and how the leadership operated.

I had three interviews in the office with people at different levels, and after each one I had the chance to ask questions. The overall difficulty felt average—not overly challenging—but the conversations were clearly designed to evaluate whether I could plug into the team culture. In my experience, recruiting itself felt pretty relaxed and not super polished, yet the more meaningful discussions happened one-on-one with senior consultants and ultimately with a partner. That final conversation felt especially candid, and it left me convinced the role was a good fit.
