My process started with a behavioral first round, mostly aimed at understanding whether I’d fit the firm culturally.

After that, I moved into a second round that mixed more behavioral discussion with a case. The case itself was about 45 minutes and wasn’t heavy on calculations—there wasn’t much math, and it leaned more toward how I was thinking than toward getting to a specific answer. Overall it felt like a pretty standard, steady pace for professional services consulting, with the focus landing on thought process and fit rather than technical depth.
