Arlington, VAPosted Jun 2009 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

When I first started, the initial interview was with a contractor who was serving as their HR contact, and that first call ended up being pretty simple.

After that contractor left the firm, the interviews got rescheduled to the Arlington office. I went through three interviews that were straightforward, but compensation quickly became the center of the discussions—and the details felt like a major turnoff to me. The whole experience also felt like they were more focused on resume-driven project proposals than on actively hiring. I ultimately rescinded after the first round because it didn’t feel like the process was aligned with what I wanted.
