My process was easy and straightforward, and the rounds didn’t involve case questions—just basic behavioral questions.

The spacing between interviews was what stretched things out, but I still eventually received an offer. Then it turned into a letdown: the offer was for a contractor position that wasn’t what I applied for, and I was told they decided not to hire the role I’d originally targeted. It felt like all the interviews and time spent didn’t connect cleanly to the actual plan for hiring, and I considered the whole thing a waste.
