Nordstrom Software Engineer interview experience

I sat down with two interviewers and did a short behavioral discussion paired with a technical conversation right after.

The questions ended up being fairly manageable, including a medium-level coding challenge and a leetcode-style problem that matched the level I expected for the role. One interviewer stayed strict but still helpful through the flow, and the rest of the interactions felt friendly and transparent, which made the whole thing less intimidating than I’d worried it would be.
