Seattle, WAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter touchpoint, I heard back for the main stage and then everything moved quickly.

I did an online assessment first, and once that cleared, I went straight into multiple interview rounds scheduled all in one day.

The format was a mix of structured conversations: a technical session where I got a coding problem, a system design discussion, a behavioral interview, and even a values-type check. There was a calm rhythm to the day—longer blocks with short breaks—and the interviewers were generally nice and supportive, which helped me stay focused even when the topics got broader across coding and design.
