Nordstrom Software Engineer interview experience

The panel interview lasted around four hours, with a different interviewer for each hour.

During the panel, the questions included medium difficulty LeetCode problems, and the format made it feel like each segment was its own self-contained assessment. Overall it was difficult, and I mostly felt stretched by the sustained attention and repeated resets across different interviewers.
