I interviewed for an Account Executive role at NewDay USA and found the process moderately straightforward but heavily reliant on gatekeeping tests.

Recruiter screen — I started with a recruiter conversation where general background and role interest were discussed.
Final decision interview(s) — I moved to an additional round where I was evaluated more broadly for fit.
Math assessment — I was required to complete a basic, remedial-seeming math test as part of the funnel. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; my takeaway was that performance on the math test and overall “fit” mattered more than anything nuanced I discussed.
