West Palm Beach, FLPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an interview process that felt very easy and quick, but the overall experience didn’t align with how I felt about being evaluated for the Account Executive role.

Phone screen — High-level resume and personality fit questions.
Zoom interview — Continued basic conversational questions; in one case I was told they were moving on to more qualified candidates.
In-person follow-up (sometimes implied) — There were additional steps, including references to a possible third interview.
Sports background as a recurring filter — Across multiple experiences, whether I played sports in high school came up repeatedly as part of “fit.” Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the process felt overly simple and overly focused on non-job
