Fulton, MDPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a longer, more taxing interview path for the Account Executive role, with lots of stages and poor pacing/communication that left me skeptical.

Phone screening — An initial interest/fit conversation that didn’t clearly translate into next steps.
Multiple interviews with overlapping people — I met many of the same individuals in different roles, making the process feel repetitive.
More rounds than expected — After an initial set, I was asked to return in person for an additional round.
Low communication between stages — There were long gaps with little feedback on how each step went.
Misalignment around expectations (in one timeline) — The experience included warning signs and, in another case, concerns
