Fulton, MDPosted May 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a two in-person interview process for an Account Executive role that mixed qualification questions with a manager walkthrough and a math screen.

Phone interviews + math test — There were one or two phone conversations, followed by a simple math test.
In-person: manager tour — I met with a manager who walked me around NewDayUSA.
In-person: group/individual fit interview — The second interview involved two interviewers who asked about my background and why I’d be a strong match. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is to be ready for frequent small checkpoints and a quick shift from screening to role-fit questioning.
