I interviewed for an Account Executive role at NewDay USA in a process built around keeping candidates waiting for hours.

On-site staging / waiting — I was made to sit around for extended stretches, with the overall experience framed as “the grind.”
Interview itself (character/work-history focus) — When the interview happened, it leaned less on traditional job content and more on personal background, values, and work ethic. Outcome: I did not move forward, and the takeaway was that the company uses long waits as part of evaluating how badly you want the role.
