I interviewed for an Account Executive role at NewDay USA and the experience felt disorganized and frustrating over scheduling.

Recruiter screen (FaceTime reschedule) — A recruiter set expectations to email document requests for transcripts/background check, but I never received the email; minutes before the scheduled interview she called, said I hadn’t sent the needed info, and asked me to attend anyway.
Second recruiter attempt (rescheduled) — The FaceTime interview was delayed again because my tie was missing, forcing another reschedule. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the process felt unprofessional and based on logistics rather than interview performance.
