I applied through a university job site and moved through two interviews fairly quickly for an Account Executive role, though the final conversation ran short of schedule.

Interview 1 (opportunity overview) — I discussed the role and my first-year expectations in a friendly, competitive tone.
Interview 2 (final interview) — I met again, but the call ended earlier than planned; I was told it would last about an hour, yet it took roughly 20–30 minutes. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even when the process feels welcoming, the timeline and depth of later interviews can be inconsistent.
