New Relic Software Engineer interview experience

I went through two initial phone interviews, then had an in-office interview where I spoke with multiple team members. It didn’t drag on either—everything wrapped up in about three weeks.

What stood out to me was the professionalism of the whole sequence. I never felt like the process was chaotic or unclear, and the conversations felt coordinated. Even though I didn’t end up receiving an offer, the experience left me feeling like I’d been treated consistently and that the timeline was respected.
