My interview process had a quick rhythm early on: I had technical rounds that went well in a single day, and then the hiring manager round was scheduled a few days later.

The hiring manager conversation felt positive, and it didn’t feel like a struggle to communicate or stay on track.

What threw me off came after that. I didn’t get any meaningful response afterward—HR essentially went quiet. I tried to reach out with a message and didn’t get back, and after about a week I still only had silence. At that point I just wanted feedback, even if it was negative, because the lack of any follow-up made the process feel unfinished.
