My process ran over about two weeks and felt structured end to end.

I started with a recruiter screen, then moved to a hiring manager call. After those, I did a take-home coding challenge that they expected me to complete in up to three days.

From there the format changed into a round-robin style set of sessions. I had a live product manager session where we discussed and updated my take-home submission, then a live debugging conversation focused on issues from what I turned in. There was also an architecture design session. After the interview loop, I had a recruiter debrief, and then another debrief with the hiring manager.
