Netsuite QA Engineer interview experience

I went through three rounds with technicians from different teams. The purpose seemed to be candidate classification, and I appreciated the personal approach and the friendly atmosphere throughout.

The technical questions were pretty general and weren’t locked to specific tools or concrete technologies. Instead, there was more emphasis on mindset—how I approached testing and problems rather than only whether I could name the right stacks. Even though the overall process took time, I got the impression that the length was intentional, meant to give a better estimate of how I’d fit.
