My interview process had a clear progression: initial, technical, and final.

I started with an HR conversation, then moved into a technical phase that was set up like a panel with a software QA engineer team plus the manager who oversaw it. After that, there was a final discussion with a director based in the US.

The technical track also included a written exam. Once I passed that, I was brought into the peer technical interview and a local manager interview. Then the next step was another technical interview with the US manager. The whole sequence felt structured and demanding, with multiple layers of evaluation rather than a single screening.
