Netsuite QA Engineer interview experience

The first was a brief discussion about the position—my skills, what the job required, and how I framed my experience. At the start I was nervous because it was a new environment with new people, but that settled quickly.

The second interview was more technical and designed to test my knowledge and, more than anything, how I thought through problems. The atmosphere never felt tense or overly formal, and I didn’t get the sense that anyone was judging me for not having every detail. Overall, it ended up feeling like a good experience rather than a high-pressure interrogation.
