Netflix Data Analyst interview experience

After those conversations, I had a tech assessment, and if selected, I would have gone back to the hiring manager for their direct round.

The whole process seemed to be grounded in one idea: knowing their culture memo mattered more than almost anything else. Even the way people interacted felt designed to reinforce that, and they treated HR as someone who could guide me and share feedback.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I felt the process was relatively honest about what they were looking for, and the culture emphasis was unmistakable the entire way.
