Netflix Data Analyst interview experience

The pre-screen was a coding test, and once that part was done, the next conversation shifted toward understanding my skills and how I’d think about the work.

The whole thing felt pretty structured. I remember needing to prepare by reviewing the materials they provided, and the interview followed that theme closely.

I didn’t get an offer, but the biggest thing I took away was that the process was aligned with what they told me to do ahead of time. It felt like a true screening rather than a vague discussion, so I knew there were specific competencies they were checking.
