The way the interview was conducted felt very respectful from start to finish.

What stood out most was that I was able to negotiate around the offer and compensation package during the process. That part made the whole experience feel more real and grounded than interviews that just end after technical questions.

I ultimately didn’t receive an offer, but I still walked away impressed—especially because the salary and compensation plan were described as very attractive. My overall impression was that NetApp handled the process professionally, even if I wasn’t the final match.
