I thought the interview program went well, but I left with a lingering question about how rejection decisions are communicated.

Even though I felt positive during the interviews, I didn’t feel like I received enough insight into why I wasn’t selected.

The process felt incomplete to me in that regard—I wasn’t sure what interviewers were really looking for in the final evaluation, beyond the fact that I didn’t make it through. I also wished there were more structured feedback available, similar to a training-style option that explains gaps clearly.
