My interview process had a strong test-and-technical rhythm.

I went through a written portion first—sometimes MCQs and sometimes a timed written skill test—then followed with an in-person face-to-face technical interview. The technical interview covered job-type relevant questions, and I had to explain details of previous work and projects, including clarifying aspects of diagrams or structured explanations.

In one format, I faced a set of 60 multiple-choice questions first and then moved into a technical interview with two interviewers. In another, I had to take about a 45-minute written skill test and then do around an hour of face-to-face
