Detroit, MIPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into an hour-long Teams interview expecting something formal, but it ended up feeling pretty grounded in my background.

They asked about where I’d come from professionally and then moved into standard questions—things like how I managed deadlines and what I did with difficult coworkers.

What stood out to me was that it didn’t turn into a heavy technical evaluation. The focus stayed on how I operated day to day and how I handle workplace situations.

Overall it was a good experience, and the difficulty was in the average range. I didn’t get an offer, but I didn’t feel blindsided at any point.
