Naval Nuclear Laboratory Software Engineer interview experience

The structure felt like a set of back-to-back conversations where the questions were more behavioral than technical, and they were pretty typical for an interview.

I remember feeling like I could reasonably predict what they’d ask—stories about how I’d handled situations and how I’d worked in the past—more than any deep technical dive. Communication after the interviews moved fairly fast for me; they responded within about a month.
