My first set of questions was straightforward: I started with a couple behavioral prompts, including having to introduce myself.

They also asked why I thought I’d be a good fit for the company, and then they got more specific about my experience leading work.

They asked me to describe a time when I’d been a project leader and the hardships that came with that role. After that, the technical side was limited to a single small question where I had to describe one project I’d worked on and explain the implementation details. Overall it felt manageable—mostly conversation with only a light technical component.
