Early on, I heard back quickly by phone after applying—about a week later.

Before the interview even happened, I had to fill out a lot of paperwork, and the amount of waiting afterward was significant.

After spending that time completing forms, I waited nearly eight weeks and then learned I was rejected. The report didn’t describe the interview content itself in detail, but it made it clear the process felt slow mainly due to administrative steps and time between communications.

Overall it was average difficulty, and I didn’t make it to an offer. Looking back, the biggest thing I remember was how much time and forms took over the experience.
