Nasdaq Business Analyst interview experience

When I arrived, the main person I was supposed to speak with was out, so the day didn’t start the way I expected. I ended up having a follow-up call with that person instead, and that conversation still stayed focused on the role.

They told me I should hear back in about a week to ten days, but I never did. When I reached out to ask about the status, I was told there was a hiring freeze in place. That explanation was the turning point for me—the interview itself had moved forward, but the decision got paused externally, and I was left without an offer.
