After applying online, I heard back about a month later.

The next step was described to me as a technical phone interview with the head of BA, and they told me it would be about an hour. When I actually took the call, it ran longer than that—over an hour—which made me feel like the discussion was more involved than the scheduling implied.

The content was framed as technical, but the main thing I remember is the mismatch between what they said would be the time and what ended up happening. Overall, it landed as an average difficulty experience for me, and I came away feeling the process was more demanding in practice than in the initial description.
