Pasadena, CAPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a demanding full-day onsite process for Software Engineer that leaned toward presentation and cross-team interviews, with multiple interviewers over several hours.

Onsite: full-day interviews + tour + presentation — I did one-on-ones with different groups (each roughly 30 minutes to an hour), had lunch with potential peers, and toured the campus.
Onsite: 1-hour presentation — I presented for about an hour to managers and peers to showcase my prior experience. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the on-campus format heavily tested your ability to communicate your experience in depth.
