After the recruiter call, I was moved into a more structured sequence: first a phone screening with someone from HR, then a panel interview with multiple people from different groups.

Each of the panel conversations was fairly focused and lasted around 45 minutes, and the overall feel was respectful and easy to engage with.

In the later stages of my process, the bar shifted a bit. I had a conversation with the hiring manager about past experiences and projects, and after that they gave me a take-home-style task to complete using NextJs plus other libraries. I also went through another technical-oriented discussion, but it didn’t feel like an exam—more like they cared about how I approached the work and solved the task rather than testing obscure trivia.
