Seattle, WAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through multiple interview rounds, including sessions with hiring managers and sessions with engineering interviewers.

There were also system design questions mixed in, which helped set the expectation that this wouldn’t be only about code trivia.

Overall, it felt pretty typical for a software engineering process: standard topics, normal pacing, and nothing that felt wildly off-script. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience didn’t feel chaotic or unfair—more like a straightforward screening of both technical and collaboration skills.
