My path started with a short phone screen focused on my background and career interests, and it wasn’t technical.

After that I did a HackerRank assessment with a LeetCode-medium style set of questions, and then I went into multiple video interviews.

On the video rounds, the coding part was more straightforward: I was asked to write fairly simple code and talk through my reasoning as I went, plus there was refactoring work where I had to adjust existing code. The interviews also included situation-style questions, so it wasn’t only about raw coding. Overall, the experience felt like a guided progression from initial screen to an assessment and then into discussion-heavy coding/code-improvement
