I applied and the recruiter reached out quickly to schedule a phone call.

During the call, I felt like I was talking to a robot—one question followed immediately by the next, with almost no real back-and-forth.

I answered a question, then the interviewer moved on to the next without responding in a way that felt conversational. Even with the reality that many people apply, it felt like the process could’ve had more interaction.

I expected a better experience because the company’s reputation as an employer is strong, but the hiring process didn’t match that. I didn’t get an offer, and the lack of dialogue made the experience feel unpleasant from the start.
