My first stage was an online coding challenge, followed by a technical Skype interview and then a soft-skills Skype interview with two team members.

The final round was another Skype call with the manager.

What stood out was how technically unrigorous it felt overall: the emphasis was on fundamentals rather than tricky or overly specialized problems. Across the stages, they also cared about communication—how I explained ideas and how I handled conflict.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt more about clarity and interpersonal reasoning than grinding through hard coding puzzles.
