Mozilla Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I went into three video conversations with people on the team: two engineers and the manager.

What surprised me was that the video interviews didn’t include coding questions. Instead, they mostly centered on my background and past experiences—how I described what I’d done, what decisions I’d made, and how that experience mapped to the role.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the overall experience felt relatively easy from a technical standpoint because the rounds were more about understanding my experience than solving problems live.
