My interview process felt similar to other companies I’d gone through, but the quality of the interviews was noticeably higher.

Everyone I spoke with came across as genuinely good, and the questions tested my abilities and knowledge instead of relying on obscure gotchas.

The steps were fairly broad: I had a recruiter call first, then a behavioral call with the hiring manager. After that came three 45-minute rounds covering behavioral, technical, and systems topics. I ended up receiving an offer about a week later, which made the whole experience feel like it finally clicked after multiple conversations. Looking back, what stayed with me most was how human the interactions felt while still being substantive.
