Boston, MAPosted Jun 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My impression was that the interview process for the software engineer role at Motional was quick and smooth.

I didn’t capture many round details beyond that, but the overall feel was that it moved efficiently and didn’t drag.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, yet I remember the process as being straightforward rather than drawn-out or complicated.

The most honest part of my takeaway is that my notes don’t include much technical texture, but the general experience was still pleasant and low-friction.
