Motional Software Engineer interview experience

It wasn’t just one interview—it went through multiple stages, including an HR interview, a coding interview, a technical interview, and then a culture-fit interview.

Everything happened online and was coordinated through email. I remember the email communication as the main thread that kept the stages organized.

I didn’t receive an offer, but it still felt like an engaging technical process rather than something rigid. The fact that the interviewers were relaxed made it easier to focus on the questions instead of worrying about the setting.
