I had an HR call first, and the interviewer was genuinely friendly.

During that conversation, they told me there would be technical interviews coming next.

After the HR call, though, communication completely stopped. The interviewer disappeared, and I never received a reply or any follow-up about scheduling.

That left me with an unfinished feeling and no offer. The frustrating part wasn’t even the technical content—it was the lack of closure after a promising start.
