My interview started with a phone conversation with the hiring manager.

After that, I moved into a panel-style interview with different team leads.

The tone I remember was positive—helpful people and a generally nice process. It wasn’t described as an ordeal, and the team structure suggested they were evaluating me across more than one perspective.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall impression was that the process was respectful and the team was willing to engage.
