Philadelphia, PAPosted Sep 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a rapid, mostly technical interview where the questions were built around diagrams and engineering concepts, with a small amount of behavioral interaction.

Same-day/next-day technical interview — After meeting an employee at a career fair, my interview happened the next day and focused mainly on technical questions.
Diagram-based engineering questions — I was asked to reason from graphs and hydraulic system diagrams, including a rule related to current direction.
Light group interaction / behavioral — There were a few sparse questions to gauge how I’d interact. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that diagram reasoning and core engineering principles were the main differentiators.
